Can I return a product?

You can return your product to us within 14 days of receipt.

- The product must be in the original packaging.

- Pack the product well in a separate shipping box so that the risk of damage is as small as possible.

How can I return a product?

You must take care of the return and the associated costs yourself, with the exception of a justified appeal to the money-back scheme. In the Netherlands this is easiest via one of the many PostNL points.

If you have received the wrong product or a product that you think is defective, please contact us via the return form or, of course, you can also do this by telephone/whatsapp/chat.

Can any product be returned?

Basically : YES

However, there are exceptions, namely:

- a product whose seal has been broken;

- a product that has been personalized for you, such as, for example, a product with an engraving;

- hygiene products such as mouth masks which are in a closed packaging and which have been opened by you;

- vouchers, gift vouchers and vouchers

Do I have to register a return?

You must register a return. This way we together prevent a return that is not allowed.

Fill in the return form and we'll get it started together.

What is the follow-up after return shipment?

We check your return and then confirm receipt by email.

Our administrative department will effect refund within 7 days (the original amount paid including VAT).
