The plaster consists of a soft 100% polyester backing that feels comfortable on the skin and conforms well to the body. The central wound pad is made of 100% viscose and has a non-stick polyethylene top layer. This prevents the wound pad from sticking to the wound, making removal of the plaster virtually painless.
The polyacrylate adhesive layer, together with the extra wide adhesive edge all around, ensures a firm fixation, even on difficult to bandage body parts such as knees or elbows.
